What are your methods of payment?
We accept credit/debit cards as forms of payment.
What if no one is there to receive the delivery?
If no one is at the delivery location, we will contact you for additional delivery options, ie. doorstep or mailbox. Rescheduled deliveries are subject to an additional delivery charge.
What is the farthest you travel for your errands?
We work within a 35 mile radius.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, however, if an errand is purchased but later cancelled, a store credit will be issued.
Do you have a cut-off time for deliveries?
Our business hours are 9am to 2pm during the week. Our cut-off time is 1pm for errand deliveries except for deliveries in Hamilton, GA.
